The Blonde of YouTube
Update: August 4 - The video above was removed by YouTube. Another version with English subtitles and an explanation can be found at my next post.
This video has been posted at many websites. Entitled "France Today", it summarizes the situation in France as seen through the eyes of this very attractive young woman, known as The Blonde of YouTube. I know little about her, but she has other videos critical of Islam, and has received death threats. Here, she exudes girlish charm, candor and a touch of irony - she tries to be amusing, but she is deadly serious - as she expresses her concern over the terrible crisis her country is facing today. To produce such a video, in today's France, takes courage, as you will see from her remarks:
Hi, everybody. I came back from my vacation and saw some troubling things on the TV. I'd like to begin with the story about the train that derailed. I had already said, about a month or so ago, that they were having discussions…
Note: At this point the video shifts for a few seconds back to her June 14 video, a four-minute spoof in which she pokes fun at Paris mayor Bertrand Delanoë, for considering a plan to allow the "youth" of the ghettos to ride free on trains. She points out how everything is free for them, bicycles, for example. And they tried to do the same with the trains. Then back to this video:
So they tried the trains. And others had fun robbing the dead. It's inadmissible, it's horrible, it's unspeakable.
Now I'd like to talk a little about Trappes. A reminder that there was an identity check in Trappes on Thursday. A woman who was completely veiled was stopped. Her husband didn't appreciate that and decided to attack the police and tried to strangle one of them. The husband ended up in custody, something I find completely logical since in our country the full veil is for-bid-den. But people seem to forget that. So all the so-called "young people", I mean the residents of the neighborhood, decided last night to head for the police headquarters. It appears the police were looking for them. So it's normal to attack the cops, sure, well anyway… If women want to be veiled, they should return to their own country. The police do their job. If you've done nothing wrong they won't bother you. They have to stop playing the victim, and telling us that Manuel Valls says its because there's so much unemployment in Trappes. If there's so much unemployment in Trappes, imagine what will happen on Monday. Excuse me, but to be unemployed, you have to begin working, don't you agree?
I was browsing through Twitter and found some tweets that made me laugh and others that left me doubtful. A woman left a tweet at 12:39 a.m.: her poor children were outside, they had been gassed by the police. Children! Children outside after midnight. I'm a mother, my children are never out after 10:00 p.m. OK?
Maybe we should set things straight. You'll say I'm a racist, a fascist, say whatever you want. I'm not totally French. My father is Sicilian, my mother Italian. They came to France about thirty years ago. But both of them worked, integrated themselves, as did my Portuguese friends, my Swiss friends, my English friends. The only ones who don't integrate and who create mayhem constantly - I don't want to be nasty - but it's always the same ones. It might be a good idea for us to realize this.
About a month ago when we had the demonstrations against gay marriage, classified now as pretty much over, they told us that we Catholics were extremists. I didn't see one car burned, I didn't see one shop pillaged. OK?
It's the same thing everywhere. The media hide anything and everything from us. An example: about two weeks ago there was a demonstration against radical Islam. It was reported on CNN, it was reported in the American press and the English press. It was not reported in France. For me, our country is in peril at this time and it is for us, the French, to wake up. Because what is happening is very very grave. I read in the paper that they've left for Syria and they will come back to our country. Are they serious? We're going to let them do this?
Note: The reference is to a magazine cover showing two brothers from Toulouse, the city of Mohamed Merah, who have gone to fight for the Islamists in Syria, and who will return to France.
Her reference to a demonstration against radical Islam is news to me. I'll see what I can find. Unless she got her dates mixed up and is referring to the rally organized by Riposte Laique last year that was reported by CBN.
Say what you will, I'm not of the Right or of the Left. I'm for my country. I'm a patriot. Period. We're forgetting the Republic, our French values, human rights. We're throwing it all away. For what? By and for an extremist immigration.
I've been forced to disable comments and smart cards. I've received many many threats asking me to stop talking about politics, to stop talking about the Left, telling me my throat will be slit. Listen, I'm waiting for you, Monsieur.
Note: She's Italian, fiery, Catholic and a mother. I presume she has a husband. I hope he has a gun.
